    About the Role

    We're seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our technical strategy, develop advanced features for our products, maintain our technical architecture, and collaborate closely with our development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a meaningful impact on both our products and our company.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the technical strategy for our product suite.
    • Develop advanced features for our EAM/CMMS software (TAG – The Asset Guardian) and customer licensing portal (Hub4Partners).
    • Maintain the technical architecture of our products, including code structure, tech stack, and deployment solutions.
    • Collaborate with the development team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Support the deployment of our software solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders about any concerns or considerations related to current technical solutions.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose changes when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Fullstack Web Developer.
    • Demonstrated experience working within a development team.
    • Expertise in at least one of the following:
      • TypeScript + React + Next.js
      • TypeScript + React Native
      • Angular + Next.js (API) + GraphQL
    • Strong ability to translate business needs and user stories into technical solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Proficient with Git and GitHub.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps is preferred.
    • Experience with Planetscale, Stripe, and Vercel is a plus.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
    • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
    • , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • French language skills are a plus but not required.
    • Ability to leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance development workflows is preferred.
